No setup fees. Clear terms before you commit.
All plans require 30 calendar days’ cancellation notice. Entry is month-to-month when billed monthly. Monthly Launch and managed plans stay active and payable through the first 12 months, then renew month-to-month; service and billing end at the first scheduled monthly billing date on or after both month 12 and the end of the notice period. Annual service is paid upfront and renews yearly unless cancelled; a late notice ends service after 30 days without another annual term. The base refund for each unused whole prepaid service month after the notice period is one-twelfth of the annual service price paid. For Launch, a $499 website fee may be deducted, capped at that refund, only if both parties separately agree in writing to release the customer early after website delivery. We’ll review the applicable agreement before enrollment. How unused credit is handled will be stated in your written usage schedule before enrollment. Additional usage, applicable third-party fees and media spend are separate.
Launch billed monthly: an ordinary cancellation or downgrade requested during year one takes effect after month 12; Launch service and scheduled payments continue until then, with no $499 build-recovery fee when that full year is served and paid. Launch paid annually: ordinary cancellation ends service 30 calendar days after notice is received, with a refund of each complete unused prepaid service month after the notice period at one-twelfth of the annual service price actually paid. Ordinary cancellation or downgrade notice does not trigger the $499 fee. Only a separate written mutual early-release agreement after website delivery can include it.
Growth Pro: With monthly billing, service plus minimum ads starts at $6,997/month ($4,997 service + $2,000 ads). Annual service is $53,967 upfront, with at least $2,000/month in separate ad spend. Additional usage and fees are separate.
Self-service platform
You configure and run the platform. Website builds, managed marketing, managed AI setup and custom development are separate. Some AI features may be available as self-service tools with separate usage charges.
Monthly billing is month-to-month with 30 days’ cancellation notice. An upfront annual option is available. No setup fee.

Calls, messages, email and AI activity can create usage charges beyond the monthly credit. Phone numbers, carrier registration and payment processing may carry their own fees. A usage credit is not an unlimited allowance.

Entry may show self-service AI tools; trained and managed AI response is part of Growth and Growth Pro after setup. AI usage above the plan credit is billed separately.
