Clear choices. Respect for your information.

This notice describes the information collected through this website and how to contact us about it.

Effective September 29, 2026. Last updated October 23, 2026. Applies to the Open Gate AI marketing website. Customer-service agreements may describe separate data-processing arrangements.

Information you choose to provide

Inquiry forms collect your name, email address, company, business context and message so we can evaluate and respond to your request. The visibility-audit request also asks for your public business website, primary service and service area, an optional industry and service-vehicle count, plus an optional callback phone and concern. We use those details to review and respond to that request; sending it does not authorize marketing texts, create a booking or complete an audit. When we can verify a Growth Check handoff and you send its complete suggested summary, we may also keep the fixed areas you selected with that request so our team can focus its response. If you edit or remove the suggested priorities, those selections are not saved separately. Subscription forms collect your email address, selected topics and consent record. When available, the request also saves validated campaign codes and the first page path and campaign codes of this visit so we can understand how readers find the newsletter. Please do not send passwords, confidential records or sensitive personal information through these forms.

Website operation and analytics

Our hosting provider processes technical request information needed to serve and protect the site. We use necessary browser storage to remember your cookie preference. Optional Google Analytics runs only after you allow site analytics on the production site. A separate ad-measurement choice is off by default and requires site analytics. If you allow it, we keep a versioned first-party record of that choice using a random browser intent and a secure cookie issued by our server. Page scripts cannot read the cookie. An inquiry may be linked to that choice by its exact receipt number only after the record is saved. Withdrawing the choice prevents that recorded inquiry from being eligible for future ad matching, and a later opt-in starts a new record. If consent saving fails, the choice does not qualify an inquiry for ad matching. If the form cannot save a new inquiry and its consent decision together, it asks you to retry instead of claiming a saved inquiry. With Site analytics on, Google's browser tag can send limited site events, including that an inquiry was saved. Consent mode may also make limited, cookieless measurement requests while Ad measurement is off. If you separately allow Ad measurement, the tag may use advertising cookies. Our site does not currently upload your contact details, form contents, exact inquiry receipt number, a qualified-lead outcome or a purchase outcome to Google Ads. A later matched-outcome connection would require a saved, current ad-measurement choice and tested provider setup. Personalized advertising stays off. We do not intentionally send form contents, email addresses or subscription tokens as analytics event parameters.

Google ad click codes

If you turn on Ad measurement and our server confirms your choice, Google may use advertising cookies and receive the tagged page address. A Google ad link may contain a click code called GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID. We read at most one valid code from the current page address. It can be used for a new inquiry for 30 minutes after first consented capture in this browser tab; revisiting the same link or retrying a form does not extend that window. An idle tab may retain an expired code until the next check or the tab closes, but the code cannot be attached to an inquiry after the window. We do not queue codes before consent or add them to older inquiries.

When you send a new inquiry within that window, we may save one code in a separate private record linked to that exact request. The record expires after 90 days and an hourly cleanup removes expired records, so deletion may follow the exact expiry time. Turning off Ad measurement stops new collection in your browser immediately and asks our server to delete linked codes. If the server cannot confirm the withdrawal, the preference panel tells you and retries; we cannot say a previously linked code was deleted until confirmation. The code is excluded from staff alert emails, CRM handoffs, campaign-source fields and the analytics events we configure. The staging preview does not collect click codes. A choice saved under an earlier notice does not authorize this collection; please review and save a new choice. We do not currently upload your contact details, inquiry text, qualified-lead outcomes or purchase outcomes to Google Ads. Personalized ads remain off.

We use up to five validated campaign codes and the first page path with its validated campaign codes for up to 30 minutes in this browser session. This helps an inquiry retain its source and distinguishes where a visit began from the last page viewed. These ordinary campaign records expire for use after 30 minutes, but may remain stored until they are overwritten or the tab is closed. If a subscription request has an uncertain result, the validated source details used for that request can remain with a pseudonymous retry marker in this browser tab for up to 23 hours. That marker contains a random request ID and the source details, not your email address or selected topic; it lets a retry send the original request rather than a duplicate. We do not store the full URL or contact details in those browser records. Where these details are included in your inquiry or subscription request, or limited campaign codes are passed to the booking calendar after you choose to load it, we use them to understand how the request reached us. The subscription-source record stays with your first-party website request. We do not include these source details in confirmation or article emails, or upload them as subscriber or ad-conversion data to Google Ads. Avoid putting personal information in campaign links. You can change these optional choices using Cookie preferences in the footer.

Scheduling

The booking calendar on our site loads only when you choose to show available times. At that point, your browser connects to our scheduling provider, which may process technical request data, limited campaign codes and browser storage to display the calendar. Details you enter to request an appointment are processed to arrange and manage that conversation. This is separate from your optional site analytics choice and does not subscribe you to educational emails.

How we use and share information

We use inquiry information to respond and manage the requested business conversation. We use confirmed subscription information to provide educational content and manage preferences. Hosting, email-delivery and business-operation providers may process information for those purposes. We do not use an inquiry submission as permission to subscribe you to marketing.

Subscriptions and choices

New email subscriptions require confirmation. You can unsubscribe using the link provided in subscription messages. We retain a suppression record as needed to respect an opt-out. RSS is available if you prefer to follow content without an email subscription.

Retention and access

We retain information for the business purpose for which it was collected, operational needs and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify the request and preserve records required for legitimate obligations.

Staging preview

The review site records test inquiries and subscription requests in a separate preview environment. It may send confirmation emails only to approved test addresses during controlled staging acceptance; test requests do not enroll anyone in production marketing. Use synthetic information when testing the preview.
