OPEN GATE AI / INTERNAL BUILD

A question becomes a next step. We built the system in between.

We built the Growth Check, contextual inquiry and release controls behind this site. See how a selected need becomes practical advice and, with permission, a clear handoff.

Our own system, shown with real staging screens. No client data or customer results are presented.

How do you keep a person’s intent intact?

A visitor can signal exactly where their business gets stuck, then lose that context at the first form, handoff or email signup.

We designed our own path so advice can be useful on its own. If the visitor decides to talk, the inquiry carries their chosen need. The staging record keeps the request and response permission separate from any optional educational series. This is the kind of detail that turns a polished interface into a dependable workflow.

A continuous journey.
Clear boundaries at every step.

Try the Growth Check and its contextual inquiry now. The screens below also show our custom-software inquiry and separate Brief signup. All were captured on staging; their current status is shown plainly.

  1. 01

    Find the friction

Choose a customer-journey gap. The Growth Check returns specific advice and a measure without requiring contact details.

  2. 02

    Carry the context

When the visitor chooses to talk, the selected need can prefill a relevant inquiry. The form asks for only the context a first conversation needs.

  3. 03

    Record permission and receipt

Response consent is required; follow-up is a separate choice. A submitted test inquiry receives a durable staging reference and a specific next-step page.

  4. 04

    Hold what is not ready

External CRM handoff and routine article-email delivery stay off while their provider paths are reviewed. Release controls keep review content out of the production feed.

01 / A useful first answer

Start with the actual friction.

The Growth Check lets a visitor name a customer-journey gap, then returns a practical action and a measure to watch. No email is required; the selected need stays in the browser unless they choose to contact us.

02 / A considered handoff

Context arrives with permission.

The Growth Check can carry a selected need into the growth inquiry. This separate custom-software example shows the same consent pattern: response consent is required, and optional follow-up starts unchecked. Neither choice becomes newsletter permission.

03 / A different relationship

Education gets its own opt-in.

The Brief has a separate topic choice. This captured staging screen recorded a preview only; it did not enroll a subscriber. The publishing system records article identity and release state. Routine article-email delivery remains disabled pending separate acceptance checks.

The visible screen is only half the build.

We test the behavior behind it: validation, repeat requests, consent, state and release. That is the part an operations team depends on after the first impression.

WHAT WE CHECKEDCURRENT STATE
A request keeps its context

Synthetic staging inquiries retained the chosen offer and source, reached the matching next-step page and produced one reference on replay.

Verified in staging
Permissions stay distinct

The response checkbox is required; optional follow-up is separate from inquiry response and from the Brief’s topic-based signup.

Verified in staging
Publishing has a release gate

The editorial workflow validates content and records releases. The staging checks kept review articles unindexed and the subscriber-delivery manifest empty.

Verified in staging
External delivery waits for acceptance

CRM routing and automatic subscriber article emails are prepared, but remain off pending separate delivery checks. We do not count a saved request as a delivered message.

Not active

This is Open Gate AI’s own system, shown with staging acceptance captures, not a client case study. The checks establish software behavior in a controlled environment; they are not claims of booking, revenue or customer impact.

Different business. Same hard questions.

If your leads disappear between a campaign and a callback, start with the ownership and consent path. If your team loses context across systems, start with the record, the exception and the next action. We scope the first release around the moment that matters and define how to verify it.
